BOOT CAMP CLASS

Our Boot Camp is a truly transformative workout experience for anyone seeking to improve their fitness level, provided in a fun and motivating atmosphere.

Boot camp classes includes mid to high intensity body weight exercises combined with interval and strength training. It’s a high calorie burning class and is designed to push you to the max while allowing you to work within your own fitness level.

Monday: 4:30pm 

Tuesday: 6:00am 9am & 6:30pm

Wednesday: 4:30pm

Thursday: 6:00am 9am & 6:30pm

Friday: No classes

Saturday: 8:45am

SPINNING® CLASS

Our Spinning® classes are geared toward all fitness levels and offer a fun yet challenging ride! Come and participate in a top notch cardiovascular workout!

These classes are conducted with the usual liveliness and communal spirit that our boot camp members have come to love! We encourage all fitness levels and experience.

It is not just a workout, it is an experience!

SPIN/COMBO

Our spin combo classes combine are 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes of strength training. It is the perfect combination or cardio and strength!

SUNDAY RUN GROUP

This class is designed for all levels. Whether you are an experienced runner looking to improve your running or just starting out, this class is for you! Each week we work on a different aspect of running and put it to the test. Location is announced 24 hours before class time.
