Sadly summer has ended! The nights are getting cooler and days are getting shorter. (I even saw some leaves already changing at the park!) With that, our fall schedule started September 1st and is as follows:
Monday-Thursday- 9:00 am
Monday-Thursday- 6:30 pm
Saturdays at 9 am

Are you an early riser or need to get your workout in before heading off to work? HVBC will be offering a 4wk early morning class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am! Starting date TBA. If interested, please email Donna at email@example.com for more information and to reserve your spot!
