 Boot Camp, challenging workout that involves high intensity intervals, strength training and cardiovascular  training to get you stronger, healthier and more confident. Plus we have a blast! 

Our sessions last a hour.

No you do not. Joining HVBC will help you to get in great shape! We work with all fitness levels conducting classes that challenge you and allow each member to work at their own level 

 Yes, we do offer the opportunity to take a free class 

Minors (14 and under) are welcome to attend with a parent.  15 and up can join on their own.

Yes, we do offer a nutritional program and tons of support to help you along the way. 

 

All you need is water and a mat (and a great attitude) We will provide the rest. 

You should wear comfortable workout clothes and a good stability sneaker is also suggested.

Yes, our boot camp classes are woman only.
