HVBC has been an amazing experience for me. I have never stuck with a fitness program more than a few months but I can happily day I have stuck with HVBC for 7 years and it has only gotten better. Donna brings so much to every session; I love that we are always changing and challenging ourselves and Donna is an amazing motivator and her fitness knowledge is just outstanding. I joined HVBC in July of last year and is one of the best decisions I have made. Donna is an incredible trainer. She is always positive, uplifting and truly cares about everyone in the group. I started HVBC in April, 2021 and my experience has been awesome. Donna takes her time to train the group accordingly to everyone’s needs and physical condition. She creates a fun atmosphere and every section is different. I highly recommend HVBC.
