Donna Houlihan here, thrilled to celebrate 13 incredible years of fitness excellence at Hudson Valley Boot Camp. As the owner and lead instructor, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to become the strongest and fittest versions of themselves.

With 29 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping adults and children alike achieve their fitness goals. Certified in group fitness, personal training, spinning, and a certified long-distance running coach, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every session.

At Hudson Valley Boot Camp, my mission goes beyond simply instructing workouts; I aim to motivate and inspire each member to reach new heights of physical and mental strength. Regardless of your fitness level or age, I believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been witnessing the transformative power of fitness in people’s lives. From improving cardiovascular health to boosting confidence and reducing stress, the benefits of regular exercise extend far beyond the gym walls.

Having primarily worked with women over the past 29 years, I understand the unique challenges they face, especially during menopause. As a 58-year-old myself, I can relate to the struggles of aging and am dedicated to supporting my members on their journey to staying fit, strong, and healthy.
