I’ve got to give a huge shout-out to Amy Purcaro Winkler, for her success in our 6-week challenge! Amy came into this challenge with a very clear goal — to be in the best shape of her life by the time she turned 50. And guess what? She did it!
From the very start, Amy showed up consistently for her boot camp classes, and of course, she kept up with her running. But what really made a difference was when she finally dialed in her nutrition. This was the game-changer that helped her reach her goal in time for that big milestone birthday — even amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. I think we can all agree, that is nothing short of impressive!
Let’s talk numbers. In just 6 weeks, Amy lost 9 pounds. But that’s not all. She also shed 3% body fat, which is no small feat. And on top of that, she lost a total of 8 inches overall! It’s one thing to see the numbers, but the real magic happens when you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in your own skin.
One of the coolest things about Amy’s journey is how she brought her whole family along for the ride. Not only did she transform herself, but her family joined in too. Amy found healthy recipes they all loved — and she even packs them for her son Max to take to his wrestling matches! How awesome is that?
Everyone in the family is eating better and feeling better, and that’s what it’s all about. It’s not just about reaching a goal, but about making lasting, healthy changes that impact every part of your life.
